What is the general return policy?
- In case of receipt of damaged, defective or missing units of Succulents plants, please report the same to us. The request will, however, be entertained once we checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 1 day (24 hours) of receipt of the products/courier.
- In case you feel that the product/courier received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint we will take an appropriate decision.
For Return/Refund or Replacement Customer has to make Unboxing Video(Mandatory)
Note: It would be nice that you make a video while opening the box/courier/packet. So that we can be sure about what quantity and in what condition you have got the plants. With this help, we will know whether to give you a refund or replacement. Yes, we believe you are not a cheater but some people are. Only because of them, innocent people also suffer. So we are requesting you kindly make a video at the time of opening the box/courier/packet.
Guidelines for Unboxing Video
- The video must be made without any cuts or retakes.
- Before opening the packet/box/courier, show it from all sides in the video that the packet/box/courier is not opened or tempered from any side.
- Make sure to show every plant in the video so that the current status of the plant can be known. Also, count every plant at the same time, so that you can know how many plants have reached you.
- In case you have purchased plant with variation of “With Pot(Plastic Pot)”, the refund will only be processed for the amount of “Without Pot (Bare root)”. This is because we are not charging anything for the pot and soil, the extra amount charged is only for the increased shipping due to excess soil and pot.
- In case customer has not received the parcel and it’s showing delivered on the tracking page then issue should be raised with 72 hours only. Any issue raised beyond TAT of 72 hours will not be considered for refund or replacement.
Note: Some leaves of the plant may break during shipping. This will not cause any harm to the plant. Therefore, there will be no refund or replacement of the plant due to the breakdown of some leaves.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm the cancellation of item(s) in your order, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
